Hadi Alaghehband

Hadi Alaghehband is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in investment and strategy across various sectors. Currently serving as a Start-up Advisor at Loyal VC since January 2022, Hadi contributes to a global venture fund with a focus on reducing investment bias and maximizing returns. As the Director of Strategy and Advisory Board Member at Pars Steel Co. since May 2015, Hadi supports Iran's pioneering stainless steel cookware manufacturer. Hadi previously held the position of Chief Investment Officer at Kanterra Group from December 2021 to March 2023, overseeing comprehensive real estate investment projects. Co-founder and CFO of Address from March 2018 to July 2021, Hadi focused on enhancing the Iranian real estate sector through technology. Earlier roles include Associate Consultant at ZS Associates and various engineering and project leadership positions at Honda Canada and Honda of the UK Manufacturing. Hadi holds an MBA from INSEAD and an MEng in Mechanical Engineering with Manufacturing & Management from the University of Bath.
