Jillian Rocchio

Jillian Rocchio is a seasoned professional in client success and educational leadership with extensive experience across various roles. Currently serving as a Client Success and Onboarding Consultant on the Product Team at LPL Financial since June 2023, Jillian is responsible for developing and implementing onboarding and tech support for a new digital marketing product. Previously, at Snappy Kraken, Jillian held the position of Onboarding Customer Success Manager II, where strategic customer journeys and automated workflows in Hubspot were designed. Past roles include serving as a Teacher of the Deaf/Hard of Hearing at the Allegheny Intermediate Unit, where educational programs were implemented and support was provided to numerous teachers. Jillian's foundation in education began as an educator in St. Mary's County Public Schools, where a focus on best practices for English Language Learners was emphasized. Jillian possesses advanced degrees, including a PhD in Instructional Leadership for Changing Populations and additional certifications in School Supervision for Special Education.
