Cynthia Putri Prameswari

Cynthia Putri Prameswari is an experienced professional currently serving as an International Halal Partner and Assistant Manager for Customer Relationship Management at LPPOM MUI since January 2017. In these roles, Cynthia has successfully analyzed, developed, and implemented strategies to enhance customer relationships, while also building and maintaining profitable connections with key clients. Previously, Cynthia held positions including Customer Experience Officer, where responsibilities included organizing the customer service department and conducting surveys on customer satisfaction, and Assistant Senior Vice President of Brand and Development at PT. Mega Capital Indonesia, focusing on marketing strategy development and market research. Cynthia began their career as a Research Assistant at Bogor Agricultural University and in planning and development with PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy. Cynthia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from IPB University and has furthered education at Rakamin Academy.
