Michael Wiltgen

Michael Wiltgen currently serves as the Senior Director of Merchandising at L&R DISTRIBUTORS, a position established to oversee the Field Merchandising Team across the United States since January 2021. Prior to this role, Michael held leadership positions in notable companies including Driveline Retail Merchandising, where responsibilities included hiring and managing a team of Regional Execution Specialists, and Juul Labs, overseeing merchandising execution across a wide range of stores. Additionally, Michael has extensive experience at Sally Beauty and Walgreens Co, where strategic planning and merchandising efforts significantly contributed to revenue growth and operational efficiency. With a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Spanish from Eastern Illinois University, Michael possesses a strong foundation in both marketing strategies and language skills.
