Tara Norton

Tara Norton is a seasoned professional in sustainability and supply chain management, currently serving as Senior Director for LRQA in Europe since February 2024. In addition, Tara has been a Senior Associate at the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership since March 2018 and previously held roles including Independent Board Director at SupplyShift, Chief Sustainability Officer at Navico Group, and Global Head of Supply Chain Solutions at ENGIE Impact. Tara led BSR’s global supply chain practice and directed operations in Europe for nearly eight years, advising major corporations on supply chain strategies. Tara's extensive background includes leadership positions at 2degrees and Sedex, as well as consulting roles focusing on sustainable procurement practices. Educational credentials include an MBA from London Business School and a BA from Northwestern University.
