Egle Navicke

Egle Navicke is an experienced public procurement professional currently serving as a Public Procurement Project Manager at LRT since June 2022. Previously, Egle held positions including Public Procurement Specialist at the European Social Fund Agency until December 2023, Managing Public Procurement in the Law and Public Procurement Division, and Manager of Public Procurement at AB LESTO. Egle's expertise encompasses all stages of the public procurement process, including tender publication, evaluation, and contract implementation. Egle also contributed as Chief Specialist in the Legislation and Methodology Division at the Public Procurement Office and provided legal advice and oversight for EU-funded transport infrastructure projects at the Transport Investment Directorate. Egle Navicke holds a Master's degree in European Union Law and a Bachelor's degree in Law, both from Mykolas Romeris University.
