Anish Somarajan

Anish Somarajan is an experienced professional in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management, currently serving as Assistant Manager-EHS at L&T Construction since August 2024, working on the DEWA VI 1800 MW PV Power Plant project for clients Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) and Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company (MASDAR). Previously, Anish was the Project HSE Lead at MBM Gulf Electromechanical LLC, leading health and safety efforts for the Nakheel I118 JAV villa and infrastructure project. Anish's earlier experience includes multiple senior HSE roles at Reliance Electro Mechanical Plumbing Contracting Co., LLC, overseeing safety for significant projects such as the Harmony Villa Project and Dubai Harbor Development. Anish began career as a Safety Engineer at Domech Fabrication Pvt Ltd. Educational qualifications include a NEBOSH certification in Occupational Health and Safety, a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, and ongoing studies toward an OTHM level-7 Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Management.
