Pramod Pawar possesses extensive experience in the IT and business operations sectors, currently serving as Talent VMO at LTIMindtree since November 2022. Prior to this, Pramod Pawar was with LTI - Larsen & Toubro Infotech for a decade, holding various positions including Business Operations - VMO, Global Client Partner, and Dy. Head - Corporate Strategy, Marketing & M&A. Earlier in the career, Pramod Pawar worked as Head of IT at L&T General Insurance Company Limited, where notable achievements included receiving the India CIO100 Award in 2012 and the Asia Insurance Technology - IT Leadership Award in 2011. Pramod Pawar's foundational experience includes roles as Account Manager and Software Engineer at Larsen & Toubro Infotech from 1996 to 2009. Pramod Pawar earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication from the Government College of Engineering, Amravati, in 1996.
