Sandeep Holkar

Sandeep Holkar is an experienced Solutions Architect with a strong background in System Integration and Application Outsourcing across various regions, including Europe, North America, and Asia. Currently serving as the Solutions Architect for Global Bid & Solutions at LTIMindtree since November 2022, Sandeep leads pre-sales and sales efforts with a focus on moderate winning rates and contributes to various go-to-market strategies and pre-canned solutions. Prior to that, Sandeep worked as a Solution Architect at LTI, focusing on customer success in the Nordics, and as a Senior Manager at Accenture, where responsibilities included leading a solution architect team for North America. Experience includes significant tenures at Accenture, where Sandeep played a vital role in driving growth in Spain and developing comprehensive Microsoft solutions globally. Early career experience includes pre-sales and delivery management roles at SYSTIME (now BirlaSoft) and technical development in healthcare applications at Wanless Hospital. Sandeep holds a Master's degree in Computer Applications from Shivaji University.
