Sanjukta Kulkarni

Sanjukta Kulkarni is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various senior roles within prominent organizations. Currently serving as EVP and Global General Counsel at LTIMindtree since November 2022, Sanjukta has also held the position of General Counsel at Larsen & Toubro Infotech Ltd since September 2017. Previous roles include Director and India Country Counsel at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Director and Deputy General Counsel at Capgemini India, and Senior Corporate Counsel at Tata Consultancy Services. With a legal career beginning as an Advocate at AP High Court, Sanjukta has developed expertise in commercial contract negotiations and employment law across diverse verticals in the UK and Europe. Sanjukta holds multiple LLM degrees from Stockholm University and the University of Aberdeen, specializing in Information Technology Law and Commercial Law.
