Pat Mork

Pat Mork, SPHR, has extensive experience in human resources and compliance, most recently serving as Retired at LTS Lohmann Therapie-Systeme AG since December 2022. Prior to this, Pat held various leadership positions at Tapemark from July 2005 to December 2022, including VP, Chief Compliance and Administrative Officer and Vice President of Human Resources, where responsibilities included aligning HR strategies with business operations and leading organizational transformation. Pat also contributed as Director of Human Resources and provided comprehensive HR services throughout a diverse range of functions. In addition, Pat served as Board Member and Committee Chair for Executive Transition at Kaposia and Board Chair at Melpomene Ins, overseeing key transitions and acquisitions. Earlier career experience includes a Human Resources Consultant role at Tapemark and a Human Resources Representative position at Dart Transit. Pat holds a BA in Business Management from Metro State University and further education from the University of Minnesota.
