Lindy Hammel

Lindy Hammel is a seasoned Talent Acquisition Consultant with extensive experience in the recruitment industry. Currently serving at Lucas James Talent Partners since September 2020, Lindy specializes in providing talent acquisition services to partner organizations. Previous roles include consulting for UL Research Institutes and Team ITG, as well as positions at Legacy Marketing Partners, where Lindy worked as a recruiter for several years. Earlier experience includes contract recruitment and recruitment roles at All Terrain and Aflac, a Fortune 500 company. Lindy began a career in recruitment at Randstad USA as an Agent/Account Manager. Lindy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from the University of Northern Iowa and an Associate of Arts in General Studies from Iowa Central.
