Ash Firman

Ash Firman has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Head Concierge at Grill Americano since February 2022. Previous roles include Senior Venue Manager at Chin Chin from January 2014 to July 2021, and Restaurant Manager positions at Saint Crispin, The European, and KU DE TA during various years. Ash also held the role of Assistant Restaurant Manager at Circa The Prince. Education includes attendance at Wodonga Technical School and ongoing training with Ozskills since September 2015.
