Daniel Morgan is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in various roles within the restaurant industry. Currently serving as Head Chef at LUCAS Restaurants and Grill Americano since June 2021 and February 2022, respectively, Daniel has previously held the position of CDP at SK Steak & Oyster and Head Chef at Harmony Restaurant Ios. Daniel's career began with early roles as Commis Chef and CDP at Hellenika, contributing to a strong foundation in kitchen operations. Education was completed at Mudgee High School, enhancing a robust skill set that has been further developed through diverse culinary experiences.
