Pete Leonard

Pete Leonard is an experienced professional in the gaming industry, currently serving as an Outsource Producer at Lucid Games Ltd since May 2021, where responsibilities include sourcing and managing outsourced studios and contractors for co-development and new intellectual property projects. Previously, Pete held the position of Outsource Manager at REALTIME from July 2016 to May 2021, overseeing recruitment and outsourcing activities while onboarding talent for studio needs. Pete's career also includes a significant tenure at Amiqus from July 2004 to July 2016 as Principal in the Mainstream Games Business, where expertise in game development was established through a combination of team leadership and recruitment.
