Shannon Thomas

Shannon Thomas has extensive experience in the information technology field, currently serving as Client Services Lead and Service Desk Lead at Lufkin Industries since May 2021. Prior to this role, Shannon worked at Long View Systems as an Information Technology Specialist from February 2014 to May 2021, and at TEKsystems as a Desktop Support Technician from July 2013 to February 2014. Earlier experience includes a position at the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) as a Desktop Support Technician and Information Technology Purchasing Agent from May 2007 to June 2013. Shannon earned a degree from Stephen F. Austin State University between 1997 and 2000.
