Arlene Zak, LCB, is a seasoned professional in customs and trade compliance with extensive experience in the field spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Senior Trade Post Entry Specialist and Senior Customs Entry Analyst at Lufthansa Technik Component Services since September 2021, Arlene has previously held roles at SPEED Global Services and Livingston International, where responsibilities included managing U.S. brokerage operations and resolving compliance issues. Arlene began a career in travel consulting at Pieper Travel Bureau Inc. and holds two Associate degrees in Business Administration and Tourism Management from Erie Community College and Bryant & Stratton College, respectively.
