Tanis Farish, PhD, is a seasoned academic and professional in the fields of health promotion, exercise science, and education. Currently serving as a faculty member and lecturer at Camosun College since 2009, Tanis teaches courses in exercise science, anatomy, health promotion, and program design. Additionally, Tanis holds roles as a research consultant for lululemon, director at Well+Why Research Institute, and adjunct professor at the University of Alberta, delivering distance education courses in health-related subjects. With a strong focus on supporting graduate students as a thesis supervisor at Royal Roads University since 2009, Tanis also brings prior experience from an educator role at St. Michaels University School and health promotion management with the Canadian Forces.
