Ryanne Harman

Ryanne Harman, MBA, serves as the Senior Director and Chief of Staff at Lumen Technologies since February 2017, where responsibilities include partnering with HR on workforce planning, leading diversity and inclusion initiatives, and managing organizational goals and employee recognition efforts. Ryanne has also held key positions such as Senior Program Operations Manager and Senior Manager in Software Engineering, contributing to strategic planning, cost-saving strategies, and AI business use case development. Prior experience includes serving as Chief of Staff at CenturyLink and as an Investment Banking Associate at Wells Fargo Institutional Securities, LLC, with a strong focus on financial analysis and project management. Ryanne holds an MBA from Colorado State University and has completed a program in Leadership Principles at Harvard Business School.
