Harold Covert

Harold Covert is a Board Member at Lumentum and has over 20 years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Harold has held this position at Harmonic, Lumentum, Lumos Networks, Silicon Image, Openwave, and Extreme Networks.

Harold Covert began their career as a CFO at Adobe Systems in 1998. Harold then moved on to Extreme Networks in 2001 and Openwave in 2005. In 2007, they became the CFO of Silicon Image. Harold held this position until 2010 when they moved on to Lumos Networks. Harold was with Lumos Networks until 2014 when they became the CFO of Harmonic. Harold held this position until 2017 when they joined Lumentum as a Board Member.

Harold Covert has earned a MBA in Management and Accounting from Cleveland State University as well as a BSBA in Accounting from Lake Erie College.
