Shelly Ong

Shelly Ong is an experienced engineering program manager with a strong background in project execution and product delivery. Currently serving as both Engineering Program Manager and Operations Program Manager at Lumentum since February 2020, Shelly oversees critical projects for industrial sensors. Prior to this role, Shelly was an Engineering Program Manager at Advanced Energy from August 2015 to September 2019, where responsibilities included managing mission-critical projects. Shelly also held the position of Advance Technology PM at Grote Industries, LLC from March 2012 to December 2014, contributing to the development of lighting solutions for Volvo Trucks. Shelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.
