Luminite Products Corporation offers digital direct laser-engraved continuous printing sleeves and cylinders for the printing and packaging industry. Our precision ground products are used for flexographic printing, embossing, hot stamp, coating, ink pick up and transfer cylinders and more. We maintain more than 30 elastomer blends specific to the type of inks, adhesives and coatings you may be using. One of our experts can help select the most appropriate elastomer to achieve your specific and unique applications. We have three state of the art digital lasers to engrave the design of your choice, text point as small as 0.75, and screen up to 175 dots per square inch.

Load N Lok:
Luminite’s patented Load-N-Lok Air Sleeves antiquate the air-assist-base. Users just apply an air gun to an air inlet located on the outside of the sleeve. They can then slide our sleeves easily along the length of the base to their desired position, and then lock firmly in place by removing the air. Use your base for multiple sleeves at a time, save money on jobs with smaller print widths by purchasing shorter sleeves, and mount sleeves easier with Load-N-Lok.
