Paul Sims

Paul Sims brings extensive experience in application engineering and product development within the solar and LED industries. Currently serving as Application Manager at Luminus Devices, Paul previously held various positions, including Member of the Technical Staff at Alta Devices, where leadership was demonstrated in the development of space solar modules. Paul also directed optical packaging design at ILLUMITEX, Inc., contributing to innovative LED solutions, and managed manufacturing and quality initiatives in Malaysia. Other notable roles include Global Quality Assurance Manager at Xunlight Corporation and R&D Manager at AstroPower, where funding for significant research projects was secured. Paul holds a BME degree from the University of Delaware and a degree from Arizona State University.
