Lurene Joseph

Lurene Joseph was originally trained in finance and marketing and has a wealth of experience in organisational management. Working as Chief Executive of London Development Agency (LDA), she worked closely with two Mayors of London, the Greater London Authority, London's business leaders and a host of local authorities. Lurene helped to rebuild and reshape the organisation's operations, driving increased outcomes with a focus on value for money. Previously a member of the Executive Management Team of the oil giant Shell, working in its European Operations team, Lurene also held a Vice President position at American electricity corporation TXU. Lurene was recognized by the Morgan Stanley-sponsered powerlist as one of Britain's most influential BAME representatives (black, asian and minority ethnic people).
