Hillary Hittner, PCC, is an accomplished Executive Coach, DEIB Advisor, and Co-Founder of LUMO by Luscious Mother, where strategic business development efforts have led to a 3X year-over-year growth and a 98% client return rate. With a coaching business established in 2018, Hillary developed customizable programs catering to diverse client needs and secured multiple long-term contracts shortly after launching.
