Luis S. started their work experience as a Personal Assistant to the CEO at M.R.M.S. Technologies LTD in 2005. Orr (Luis) then worked as an Assistant to the CEO at Aerocom Israel in 2007. In the same year, they co-founded BioClean Israel LTD. Orr (Luis) later joined eType Omnitech ltd in 2010, where they held the positions of Technology Manager from 2010 to 2012 and Chief of Staff to the CEO from 2012 to 2015. Luis pursued an MBA at INSEAD from 2015 to 2016. Orr (Luis) then worked as a Freelance Consultant in 2016. In 2017, they founded Lunar Ventures and served as a VC & Founder. Orr (Luis)'smost recent position is as an Organizing Committee Member at Allocate, starting in 2020.

Luis S., also known as Orr, has a diverse education background. In 2015-2016, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from INSEAD. Prior to that, from 2006-2009, Orr attended The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology and another in Communication and Media Studies.
