Isabela Justo

Isabela Justo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in executive assistance and human resources. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the EVP of Research & Development at Lundbeck since February 2022, Isabela has previously held key roles in various organizations. At Radiobotics, from September 2020 to February 2022, Isabela was the Head of People Operations, focusing on enhancing the employee experience and lifecycle. At Tradeshift, from May 2016 to August 2020, Isabela supported the CEO of APAC and contributed to significant onboarding and integration projects following mergers and acquisitions. Isabela also provided strategic support as the Executive Assistant to the SVP of Sector Solutions at State Street from June 2014 to May 2016, managing a multi-million dollar pipeline and coordinating C-level events across South America. Earlier experience includes roles as Payroll & Office Manager at Digital Lumens and Bookkeeper & Office Manager at Fogged In Bookkeeping, Inc.
