Michael Y. Liu, CFA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in asset-backed securities (ABS) and collateralized debt obligations (CDO). Since February 2011, Michael has held various positions at Guggenheim Securities, progressing from Associate to Managing Director, all while focusing on trading ABS and CDOs. Prior to this, Michael served as an Analyst at Citadel LLC from July 2008 to February 2011 and gained early experience as a Research Analyst at Brighton House Associates in 2007. Michael earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Chicago, graduating in 2009.
