Luštica Development, a subsidiary of Swiss-based Orascom Development Holding (ODH), was founded in 2008 as a joint venture between ODH (90%) and the government of Montenegro (10%). ODH is a leading developer of integrated destinations, with over 30 years of experience in developing resort towns and creating self-sufficient and international communities. Luštica Development is also committed to environmental stewardship and preserving the cultural heritage and architectural authenticity of Montenegro. The project has transformed Luštica from a peninsula of wild natural beauty into an outstanding urban habitat and inspiring destination.  

LUŠTICA BAY TODAY: Since its inception in 2008, Luštica Bay has been rising from the roots up and is now connecting communities who choose to live life as it should be. The coastal town is home to the renowned The Chedi Hotel, four beaches, more than 20 retail spaces offering a full dining and shopping experience, sports courts, a bustling marina village, and diverse neighbourhoods - each with their own unique character. 

THE VISION: Luštica keeps growing and expanding every day! The masterplan includes more than 1500 homes: from cozy apartments and beautiful townhouses to sophisticated private villas. The project will feature 7 world-class hotels, have 2 stunning marinas with 176 berths, and a 18-hole golf course with a breath-taking view. With the upcoming development of Centrale, a year-round village in the making, homeowners will witness the rise of a new neighborhood that has a complete infrastructure with essential services that every modern community needs, making life at Luštica Bay even more complete.
