The Human Resources team at Lutheran Health Network is responsible for managing all aspects of employee relations and staffing across the network's various access points, including acute care hospitals, specialty hospitals, and outpatient centers. This includes compensation management, recruitment of clinical and non-clinical staff, coordinating benefits, ensuring compliance with privacy and other regulatory standards, and supporting overall employee engagement and development to ensure a supportive work environment and high-quality patient care.
