Valerie Esma

Valerie Esma is an experienced design professional with a strong background in user experience and product design. Currently serving as a Senior UX Designer at Lutron Electronics, Valerie has previously held positions as a UX Designer, Product Designer, and UX/UI Designer across various companies, including Green Baron Labs and Leva. Additionally, Valerie operates as a self-employed social media influencer and content creator. Educationally, Valerie is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the Zicklin School of Business and has also attended General Assembly for further education in the design field.
