Olga Wojda

Olga Wojda is an experienced Agile Coach at LUX MED since November 2024 and Co-Owner & Editor at Agile Touch since January 2022. Previously, Olga held various roles at GOG, including Associate Product Manager, Senior Scrum Master & Team Manager, and Senior Scrum Master, focusing on implementing and improving agile methods within the Engineering department. Prior experience includes roles as Scrum Master and Scrum Master Team Lead at ERGO Technology & Services, alongside serving as a Scrum Master at Craftware Sp. z o.o., where responsibilities involved leading scaled agile projects and educating teams on best practices. Olga's career began as a Junior Project Manager at Lionbridge Poland, where project management and agile techniques were employed to oversee multiple localization projects. Olga holds a Magister (Mgr) degree in Psychology from the University of Lodz and participated in an Erasmus exchange program at Örebro University.
