Pierre Boutter

Pierre Boutter serves as a research project support officer at the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST) since January 2015, focusing on contractual, administrative, and financial management for RDI projects and programs, including budget elaboration and support for European and national projects. Prior to this role, Pierre held the position of senior contractual and financial project manager at the Centre de Recherche Public Henri Tudor from June 2008 to December 2014 and worked in audit at the Préfecture Région Lorraine - Autorité de gestion de Programme européen from April 2004 to May 2008. Pierre's educational background includes a DESS in Coopération transfrontalière et inter-régionale from Université de Pau et des Pays de l'Adour (2002-2003) and a Maîtrise in Echanges Internationaux from Université de Metz (2001-2002).
