Thomas Schaubroeck

Thomas Schaubroeck is a Sustainability Expert and R&T Associate at the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST) since June 2016, specializing in Life Cycle Assessment. Prior to this role, Thomas served as a Postdoctoral Researcher and Lecturer at Ghent University from February 2010 to June 2016, where responsibilities included conducting research, teaching, and organizational support within the research group EnVOC in the Faculty of Bioscience Engineering. Thomas also completed a PhD at Ghent University, focused on enhancing Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) methodologies, with applications in forestry, aquaculture, and wastewater treatment. Thomas holds a Master’s degree in Bio-engineer Chemistry and Biotechnology from Ghent University.
