Gerald Mak

Gerald Mak is an experienced professional in human capital and consulting, currently serving as Associate Vice President and Principal Consultant at LVI Associates, following roles as Senior Consultant within the same organization. Prior to this, Gerald held positions at Training Vision Institute Pte Ltd as Human Capital Assistant and Human Capital Intern, and completed internships at HSBC and Prudential Assurance Company Singapore, focusing on HR and analytics. Gerald holds a Bachelor's Degree with Honours (Highest Distinction) in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore and attended the Norwegian School of Economics for further studies.
