Sonika Malhotra

Sonika Malhotra currently serves as President & General Manager for Makeup Forever at LVMH since September 2023. Prior to this role, Sonika spent 17 years at Unilever, where significant positions included Chief Marketing Officer for US Hair Care and Global Marketing Head for the Premium & Masstige Hair Portfolio. As co-founder and General Manager for Love Beauty and Planet, Sonika led the brand to achieve $100 million in retail sales within three years and established its presence in over 40 markets. Earlier roles at Unilever included Senior Global Brand Development Manager for Nexxus, Senior Regional Brand Manager for Sunsilk, and various managerial positions across the beverages and refreshments sectors. Sonika holds an MBA in Luxury Marketing, Strategy, and Sustainability from NYU Stern School of Business, along with degrees in Commerce and Sustainable Business Certifications from Delhi University and other prestigious institutions.
