Charles Shields

Charles (Chad) Shields, PLS, is an experienced survey manager currently serving as the Survey Manager at LW Survey Company since May 2021. Shields has held various managerial roles, including Atlantic Coast Pipeline - Section 2 Survey Manager for Quality Integrated Services, Inc., and Survey Operations Manager for Audubon Companies in the Northeast Region. Previous positions include Director of Survey Services for Dawood Engineering's Western Region, Client Services Manager at Energy Surveys, Inc., and Director of Survey and Mapping at GAI Consultants, Inc. Shields has over three decades of experience in surveying and mapping, beginning at T.G. Howard & Associates, and has developed expertise across multiple states.
