Jasper Breugelmans

Jasper Breugelmans is an experienced professional with a strong background in spatial planning and logistics. Currently serving as a Beleidsmedewerker Ruimtelijke Ordening at gemeente Drimmelen since January 2022, Jasper is responsible for guiding planning procedures and developing agreements in collaboration with legal and economic experts. In addition, Jasper acts as an Adviseur Ruimte at Ordito BV, focusing on drafting zoning plans and spatial justifications. Previously, Jasper advised on spatial planning for municipalities and managed supply chain operations in the leather industry, while also teaching logistics at Hogeschool Rotterdam. Jasper holds a Master's degree in Business Geography and a Bachelor's degree in Human Geography and Planning from Utrecht University.
