Abel Braughton

Abel Braughton has extensive experience in operations management and leadership across various organizations. Currently serving as General Manager at Lyft since April 2019, Abel has held senior positions including Senior Operations Manager and Operations Manager. In addition, Abel is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Middle Child Gallery, which focuses on collaborating with emerging artists through engaging exhibitions and community partnerships across the Midwest. Previously, Abel worked as a Program Manager at Techstars, where responsibilities included developing operational strategies and managing initiatives for startups. Furthermore, Abel's experience at Good Eggs involved overseeing purchasing and operations, as well as engaging with local food sources and the community.
