Lynchburg Beacon of Hope is an organization whose goal is to connect students with the tools and resources to succeed in school and in life!  Our focus is to increase economic development in the region by increasing opportunities for awareness, achievement, access, and affordability.

Beacon of Hope has Future Centers embedded into Lynchburg City Schools through a local private-public partnership and also offers FREE community college through promise scholarships.  Beacon of Hope has raised over $6 million to date to provide Stay Close, Go Far Promise Scholarships and Commonwealth Scholarships for LCS graduates.
