Carly Deer

Carly Deer, MHA, is a seasoned healthcare strategist currently serving as a Senior Strategist at Lyra Health since November 2021, focusing on developing mentally healthy workplaces for clients. Previously, Carly held the position of Director of Mental Health Strategy at the National Association of Worksite Health Centers (NAWHC) until March 2024 and was an influential board member and past chair. Carly's extensive experience at Target from January 2012 to November 2021 included roles as Sr. Benefits Leader for Well-being Strategy, overseeing well-being initiatives for 350,000 team members, and as Head of Operations for Target Retail Clinics, managing clinic operations across six states. Earlier in the career, Carly served as Service Line Director at the University of Minnesota Medical Center, overseeing multiple service lines with significant revenue and patient volume. Carly holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
