Gary Chow

Gary Chow currently serves as the Director of People Operations at Lyra Health, a role held since March 2019, where responsibilities encompass leading various teams, supporting management in performance and employee relations, and overseeing employee experience initiatives. Prior to Lyra Health, Gary held several positions in people operations, including Senior Manager and HRBP at Argo AI, and has experience in HR roles at Pocket Gems, Kroll Bond Rating Agency, Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, and Hamilton-Madison House. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Organizational Behavior Studies from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Binghamton University.
