Stephen Kuzner

Stephen "Steve" Kuzner is an experienced talent acquisition manager with a strong track record in engineering and cybersecurity recruitment. Currently serving as Talent Acquisition Manager for Engineering & Leadership at M.C. Dean, Inc., since March 2024, Kuzner previously led teams at Jacobs, Parsons Corporation, CyberPoint International, Leidos, and TEKsystems, successfully scaling engineering and cybersecurity teams significantly. Kuzner holds a Master's degree in Leadership from Dallas Theological Seminary and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Maryland.
