Clare Wheeler

Clare Wheeler is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership, learning, and development across multiple sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Learning and Development for the Energy Division at M Group Services since November 2020, Clare focuses on developing skills aligned with business needs. Previously, as Managing Director at Business Cogs, Clare supported SMEs through leadership coaching and workshops. At Lucite International, significant contributions included leading culture improvement and implementing a comprehensive learning and development strategy. Earlier roles included Operations Manager at INVISTA, where management of a 75-member team was crucial, and Process Engineer at DuPont, where engineering and process improvements were key. Clare holds a BEng DIS in Chemical Engineering from Loughborough University.
