Adeife Sasha Dawodu, ACIPM, FIMC, CMC, serves as the Country Senior HR Manager for M-KOPA in Nigeria, where responsibilities include enhancing talent acquisition and employee engagement strategies within a diverse workforce. Previously, Adeife held the position of Head of HR-Africa at OCR Construction, establishing HR operations across multiple African countries and implementing international staffing strategies. Adeife's extensive career encompasses roles such as Manager of People & Organization Advisory at Alan&Grant, Senior Human Resources Business Partner at JSS Media Company, and Business Development Executive at Lofty Nikwad.
