Alex Tumwebaze

Alex Tumwebaze is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in business partnership, operations, and recruitment. Since December 2019, Tumwebaze has been serving as a Human Resource-Business Partner-Commercial at Abacus Pharma Limited, focusing on addressing HR-related issues and assessing the human resources needs within the commercial section. Prior to this role, Tumwebaze contributed to M-KOPA Solar as a Human Resource Operation Officer from March 2017 to December 2019, where efforts centered on building high-performing teams and enhancing employee retention. Additionally, Tumwebaze held the position of Recruitment and Assessment Officer at Q-Sourcing Servtec Group from June 2014 to March 2017, overseeing recruitment processes and working closely with various vetting agencies.
