Desmond Mukolwe

Desmond Mukolwe is an experienced HR professional with a background in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. At M-KOPA, Desmond serves as the Head of HR for East Africa and previously held the position of Head of HR in Kenya. As a mentor at FasterCapital and with past roles at Kenya Airways focusing on HR Analytics & Reporting and as an HR Business Partner, Desmond has developed expertise in human resources strategy and analytics. Additionally, Desmond managed human resources and administration at Jumia Services Kenya Ltd and started as an HR Administrator at RMA Group Company Limited. Desmond holds a Higher Diploma in Human Resources Development from the College of Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounts from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology.
