Marvin Armah is a skilled retail operations leader with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as Senior Retail Operations Lead at M-KOPA since June 2024. Previously, Marvin held roles as Senior Retail Shops Manager at Telecel Ghana and Vodafone Ghana, where responsibilities included leading retail managers to enhance customer experiences and exceed targets across various regions.
