Chris Fellenz is a seasoned consultant with extensive experience spanning multiple companies and industries since 1987. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at SolomonEdwards and Cisco Systems, Chris specializes in customer success, transformation to SaaS business models, and change management. Chris founded Prism Consulting in 1996, offering expertise in planning and quality systems, and has also held impactful roles at organizations such as McGraw-Hill, ITT Reconnaissance and Surveillance Systems, Synaptics, and others, focusing on quality management and strategic planning. Chris holds a Business degree from Santa Clara University and an MBA in Management and Organization Development from the University of San Francisco.
