Brian Sinclair

Brian Sinclair has over 20 years of experience in the loyalty and technology industries. Brian is currently an advisor at M33 Growth, a venture capital firm that invests in early-stage companies. Brian was previously the President of the U.S. Coalition at Aimia Inc, and the Managing Director of Nectar UK. Brian has also served on the Board of Advisors for Intelligent Office Canada and Unata Inc.

Sinclair began their career at Bain & Company as a consultant. Brian then joined Nectar Loyalty in 2001 as the Managing Director of Nectar UK. Brian was responsible for growing the business and expanding into new markets. In 2009, they joined Intelligent Office Canada as an advisor, and later that year they became the President of the U.S. Coalition at Aimia Inc. Brian was responsible for leading the coalition of loyalty programs in the United States. In 2018, they advised and worked with the CEO of Unata Inc to build the business, and they were involved from start-up to the successful exit when Unata was sold to Instacart.

Brian Sinclair obtained their MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University and their HBBA from Wilfrid Laurier University.
